We are very comfortable and flexible working with your part design. Feel free to bring your part design in a variety of 3D CAD file formats as well. Our in-house design center uses the latest software versions of Solid Works and AutoCAD, and has the ability to translate or convert .iges, .stp or .cat files without data loss.
If you have a design, but it is not 100% complete, we can work on the remaining details to get it completed. The project would follow our design process, ensuring proper design, tooling feasibility, and manufacturing objectives.
Whether it is your existing design or one we create, the whole process is performed right here at RT&D. We employ top design engineers that can meet with you and your team to discuss part needs and requirements. Part designs follow a design and approval process that keeps your project on track and within budget. 3D images and files can be prototyped quickly before tooling is started as a way to confirm the correct design. Once approved, the project moves into the tooling process.
