In addition to being a leader in the manufacturing industry, Research Tool & Die Works prides itself on the employee relationships we have developed over the decades. Our dedicated employment force has been with us an average of fifteen years, with several employees over the twenty five year mark. The employees are loyal and take pride in the products that they produce and it shows, resulting in superior quality and precision.
We have built extraordinary community ties with nearly 60 years in Southern California and staff of dedicated and generous employees. We focus on not only working in the South Bay, but being an active member of the community.
Research Tool & Die Works is a tremendous supporter of the Toy Loan Program. The Toy Loan Program is a free service which allows children to borrow toys, in the same manner in which you borrow books from a public library. If the children can show that are responsible and return the borrowed toy in good repair and on time, they are allowed to pick out a toy to keep. We collect and donate toys throughout the year to this wonderful program.

Education is an invaluable component of our community and our effort to improve our industry. We open our doors to youth programs fostering a love for how things work and an interest in manufacturing like the Youth Science Center. YSC is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving math and science education and cover curriculum ranging from computers to physics, chemistry to engineering. We keep open lines of communication with our local community colleges.
Research Tool & Die Works takes an active leadership role in our industrial associations. We are involved members in Precision Metalforming Association and the California Metals Coalition. We hope to not only improve our understanding of our own industry, but also guide the industry as a whole and serve as a forwarding thinking example.
