Research Tool & Die can stamp metal components out of stainless, galvanized or raw steel, debur and then finish with powder coating, and do it all in-house. This powder coating process produces finished products with better characteristics than painted parts. Our powder coating option offers enhanced scratch resistance, better weathering and easy identification or concealment benefits.
